Financial Analyst

Ayala Land Offices, Inc. is looking for a Finance Analyst.

1. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Prepare, consolidate periodic financial statements.
• Prepare various financial schedules needed to close the books on a monthly and annual basis.
• Assist and facilitate the preparation or updating of budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze, develop, recommend and, as appropriate, implement action points to keep financial results within, if not better than expectations.
• Review and submission of monthly financial reports for management reporting.
• Performs various finance and accounting functions for his assigned area/group/unit.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance.
• Holding a university degree in BS Accounting or relevant business-related course.
• CPA license is an advantage.
