: Inventory
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP systemPerform inventory reconciliations between physical inventory, sub-ledgers, and the general ledgerCalculate and record inventory usage, wastage and provisionsSupport physical inventory counts; investigate and resolve variancesCollaborate with Operations teams to ensure data accuracy: Account Payable, Freight / Transportation Cost
Review freight invoices and verify charges against contracts, rates, and shipping documentsAccurately record transportation costs in the accounting systemAnalyze variances between actual transportation costs and accrualsSupport month-end close related to transportation expenses
