Responsibilities

• Experience in Real estate proposals / LRD / Construction Finance
• Perform analytical reviews and interpretation of financial data
• Preparation of Cash Flows, Information Memorandum, Financial Teasers, and Pitch Decks
• Do Internet Research to corroborate data
• Execute Financial Projections
• Ability to work under pressure with limited resources and a tight timeline
• Proficiency in data modeling/data mining
• MS Excel and MS Office Experience...
