Financial Analyst

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to take ownership of our fixed asset and capital accounting processes in a fast-paced, multi-regional environment. This role combines technical accounting, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with strong exposure to IFRS, audit, and process improvement.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the fixed asset lifecycle (creation, capitalization, transfers, disposals)
• Evaluate CapEx spend and apply judgment on capitalization vs. expense decisions
• Perform reconciliations (subledger to GL) and investigate variances
• Partner with AP and operational teams to ensure accurate asset accounting
• Prepare depreciation, journal entries, and monthly reporting
• Support audit processes and maintain strong internal controls
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and data accuracy
