**Financial Analyst – Business Operations Support**

**About the Role**

This role sits within the Global Procurement and Travel & Payment Solutions team and acts as a hybrid between Finance, Operations, and Customer Support. The role serves as a key connector (‘glue’) between global travel programs, payment solutions, and IQVIA Concierge Travel Services (ICTS).

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform financial postings, reconciliations, and journal entries in ERP systems (SAP, PeopleSoft)
+ Reconcile high-volume transaction data (e.g., airline tickets, meetings & events spend)
+ Manage andanalysevirtual credit card transactions and payment flows
+ Prepare cost breakdowns and financial summaries for meetings, travel, and events
+ Support global travel program and payment solutions operations
+ Interact with internal stakeholders (from operational level to senior leadership) to resolve queries
