วิเคราะห์งบการเงินและจัดทำการปิดงบการเงินรวมที่อยู่ภายใต้2-3บริษัท
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางด้านตัวเลขต่างๆเปรียบเทียบกับงบประมาณวางแผนควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายของหน่วยงานต่างๆเพื่อให้เกิดผลกำไร
ควบคุมการจัดทำงบประมาณการforecastและตรวจสอบดูแลการใช้งบปะมาณให้ถูกต้องและเป็นไปตามแผนงบประมาณที่ได้วางไว้
ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและระเบียบข้อบังคับการทำงานของบริษัท
