Financial Analyst

Description We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join a manufacturing team in Avon, Ohio in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This opportunity offers direct exposure to both accounting and plant operations while supporting financial reporting, analysis, and fixed asset activities. The role works closely with the Controller and is well suited for someone who wants to build experience in a hands-on environment, including candidates who are early in their career and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial analysis and reporting that supports day-to-day business decisions within a manufacturing setting.
• Assist with budgeting cycles, forecasting updates, and the review of performance against plan.
• Examine operational and financial results to identify trends, explain variances, and highlight key business drivers.
• Contribute to month-end close activities by helping with journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement support.
