We are a growing Villa Management company handling multiple properties. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting & Finance Staff to support daily financial operations and multi-villa expense management.

# Job Responsibilities

* Handle daily accounting and finance operations

* Record and monitor expenses for multiple villas

* Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

* Perform bank reconciliation and payment tracking

* Prepare invoices and payment follow-ups

* Monitor petty cash and operational expenses

* Reconcile OTA revenue (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

* Check vendor invoices and supporting documents

* Coordinate with operational team regarding villa expens...
