Financial Accountant

Tilisi Developments is seeking a Financial Accountant to take full ownership of the finance function.

This role combines day-to-day accounting execution with strong financial control, reporting, compliance, and system improvement. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently and building scalable finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting operations
• Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow reports
• Manage cash flows, budgets, and expenditure controls
• Perform reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records
• Prepare and file statutory returns on iTax
• Coordinate audits and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Supervise the Accounts Clerk
• Improve finance systems, controls, and reporting processes

• ACCA or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
