Finance/Accounts Manager

BLUE TEA is looking for a Accounts Manager with strong experience in D2C/Ecommerce accounting to manage financial operations, marketplace reconciliations, and compliance while supporting business growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial accuracy, improving processes,

and delivering actionable insights for business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end accounts and finance operations including AP, AR, general ledger and

bank reconciliations.

• Oversee preparation and finalisation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial

statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

• Ensure timely statutory compliances: GST (GSTR‑1, 3B, annual), TDS/TCS, income tax,

ROC and other regulatory filings.

• Handle internal and statutory audits, coordinate with auditors and ensure proper

documentation and closure of audit points.
