Finance Trainee

At NEXT, we work at pace and we never stand still. Our logistics operation is a large-scale international business and we are looking for a Finance Trainee to join our team of 30 specialists at Elmsall. This is a great opportunity to build your professional experience within a fast-moving retail environment. You will gain hands‑on experience from day one, supporting a network that spans nine warehouses and international hubs across Ireland, Germany and the Middle East.

The role is offered on a 2‑year Fixed Term Contract.

What You will take on

• Learning to evolve by assisting with month‑end accounts and financial reporting.
• Supporting balance sheet reconciliations and investigating variances to keep our data accurate.
• Producing weekly and monthly KPI reports that help our operational teams work smart.
