Finance & Tax Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly LKPM reports for all Indonesian entities, excluding retail companies.
• Oversee payment requirements for daily operations, covering finance, accounting, and tax.
• Support accountants with tax-related bookkeeping in the accounting system.
• Manage, calculate, and schedule repayments to China in coordination with the supply chain team to minimize SPTNP risks.
• Handle tax matters across all entities, including: Withholding Tax (WHT): PPh 21 Final, PPh 23, PPh 22, PPh 26, and PPh for UMKM, and VAT: Ensure accurate daily and monthly reporting.
• Prepare and maintain annual Withholding Tax filings for all entities, including fiscal corrections and nominative lists for entertainment and promotional expenses.
• Submit all company tax documentation and requirements to the tax office on time.
• Coordinate with the AR Tax Office and respond to any official correspondence.
