Job Description :

Report to : CFO

• To provide financial calculation on business decision making related to Supply Chain and Factory .
• Control Distributions costs on monthly basis & support on monitoring KPI related to working capital under
• Supply Chain's management
• Factories's costing of production, build standard cost budget, or new product costing, cost benchmarking, cost simulation if any to HO accounting. To support Factory/Plant Manager in to build budget FFO and controlling FFO
and working within the budget limitations. To support the implementation of OPEX process for factory & Supply
• Chain. Involve in KPI setting for factories & Supply Chain.
• To guide, support and control CAPEX process for factories & Supply Chain.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to direct report. Ensure succession plans and development - coaching of direct reports
