about the job

• Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors
• Perform 3-way matching (PO, invoice, delivery order)
• Handle vendor queries and follow up on discrepancies
• Process payment
• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Maintain proper documentation and records

requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 0–4 years of working experience
• Knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable process
