1. Finance Executive (Accounts Receivable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice processing: Receiving, Verifying, and entering invoices into accounting system, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Payment registration: Matching incoming customer payments to their corresponding open invoices.
• Aging analysis: Provide a clear snapshot of the status of receivables and identify potential collection risks.
• Credit management: Establish safe credit limits and terms that maximize sales while minimizing bad debt risk.
• Allowance for Doubtful Accounts: Adhere to the matching principleof accounting by recognizing an expense for bad debts in the same period the related revenue was earned.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance and other related field.
