Finance Risk & Control Manager

Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds, Hybrid working.

In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across Finance and the wider business to identify and manage risk in a practical, proactive way—making sure the right controls are in place, understood and consistently applied. You’ll play a key part in maintaining a clear and effective governance framework, supporting audits, keeping policies relevant and easy to follow, and turning insight into action through meaningful reporting.
