Position Overview

The Finance Policy & Procedure Specialist is responsible for developing, reviewing, and standardizing finance policies, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and related documentation to establish a robust finance governance framework for the hospital. This project-based role collaborates with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Information Technology, and operational departments to ensure finance processes are efficient, well-documented, compliant with applicable regulations, accounting standards, and organizational policies, and aligned with best practices in healthcare.

This position is offered under a Daily Worker employment arrangement for an initial period of three months.
