Finance Planning and Analysis Manager

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative FP&A Manager. This role will support forecasting, reporting, cash flow analysis, and financial analysis for the business. The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross functional leaders, contribute to planning processes, and help drive informed decision making through data driven analysis.

This role reports to the FP&A Director.

**Job Responsibilities**

**Financial Planning & Analysis**

+ Support the development and maintenance of financial forecasts and planning models
+ Prepare, review, and maintain monthly standard reporting
+ Analyze key drivers and assumptions to improve forecast accuracy
+ Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast, highlighting risks and opportunities
+ Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting
+ Oversee month end close for business overheads
