Finance Performance & Analyst Junior

We are looking for a high‐potential FP&A Analyst ready to grow within a dynamic, central finance environment. This role is designed for someone with strong analytical capabilities, curiosity, and a hands-on approach—an excellent foundation to build a solid FP&A career.

You will support the FP&A Lead in delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful insights that directly influence decision making across the business.

Role Purpose

To contribute to the financial planning cycle, monthly performance analysis, and management reporting, ensuring high‐quality data and insightful analysis for business stakeholders.

A. Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling outlooks.
• Consolidate inputs from Business Controllers and Product Lines to ensure accuracy and alignment.
