Finance / Payroll Intern - Paarl

Our client in Paarl seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial  / Payroll Intern to join the finance team.

This opportunity is ideal for an N6 Financial Management / HR graduate who requires workplace experience to complete their qualification and gain practical exposure in a professional finance environment.

Requirements:
Matric with a N6 Financial Management or HR Management

Job Duties: 
Processing of bi-weekly wages
Loading of new employees
Biweekly reporting
Monthly loans & savings reports
Statutory reports (EMP201’s etc.)
Leave processing
Monthly leave balances
Compile information for performance evaluations
Back - Up processing
Preparation of UIF documentation
Calculating and Processing bonuses
WCA administration
Assist with wage negotiations
Record keeping of confidential employee documents
