Finance Operations Specialist

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist with hands-on experience supporting US-based clients and expertise in accounting operations.
Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) .
2–5 years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or Bookkeeping.
Hands-on experience with: ✅ QuickBooks Online
✅ Zoho Books
✅ Tally
✅ Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
Experience supporting US-based clients is mandatory.
Strong experience in:
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Bank Reconciliation
Invoice Processing & Management
Vendor & Customer Reconciliation
Month-End Closing
Financial Reporting
Preferred Skills Experience with Xero , NetSuite , SAP , or Oracle .
Knowledge of Zoho CRM or Power BI .
