Amazon Finance & Global Business Services (FGBS) plays a key role in the company’s mission to be Earth’s most customer-centric company. FGBS includes finance functions like Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Tax, as well as other functions like Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF), Investor Relations, and Benchmarking. As the company continues to scale, we are seeking an Operations Readiness (ORT) analyst to lead projects for the LATAM AP organization, at the Costa Rica Center.

This position will support Accounts Payable (AP) Operations, mainly focused on new launches and business expansions. Among key responsibilities, it includes: Being the link between PMO (projects team) and the AP operation function, document new business cases impacting the operation, train AP team in new processes, raise impacts/risks for AP impacting the operation.
