Finance Operations Manager

Role purposeSherlock Communications is looking for an experienced Finance Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running and continual improvement of our international finance function. Working closely with our CFO, founders and Managing Directors, you will own the operational finance processes that keep the business running, from client contracting and invoicing to cash flow forecasting, management reporting and finance process improvement.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building efficient systems, improving processes and working across multiple countries and currencies.Key responsibilitiesRevenue operationsOwn end-to-end client invoicing across the UK and support invoicing across Brazil and the wider Latin American business.Manage receivables and collections, ensuring healthy debtor balances.Oversee client financial onboarding and commercial setup.Ensure revenue-related financial processes are accurate, efficient and scalable.Financial operationsCoordinate UK pay...
