Finance Operations Manager (Execution-Focused)

Role Summary

We are hiring a Finance Operations Manager to drive financial performance across the business. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, not a traditional reporting role.

The successful candidate will:

• Own financial tracking and reporting
• Drive accountability across teams
• Improve cash flow and operational efficiency
• Actively contribute to revenue performance and decision-making
• This role requires someone who is proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable pushing teams to improve financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Tracking & Reporting

• Produce weekly KPI reports covering:
• Revenue vs target
• Cash position
• Pipeline / sales performance
• Collections / receivables
• Ensure all financial data is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable
• Build and maintain simple, clear dashboards
