Finance & Operations Associate

About The Role

Milele Prime, a CFD brokerage, is hiring an Operations & Finance Associate to support the build-out and day-to-day running of our brokerage infrastructure. This is a hands‑on role spanning market research, liquidity provider (LP) and payment service provider (PSP) coordination, and finance/accounts setup. You'll work closely with leadership during a key growth phase, so we're looking for someone who learns fast and executes well.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on the CFD/forex brokerage landscape, competitors, and vendor options
• Support evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing management of Liquidity Providers (LPs)
• Assist with Payment Service Provider (PSP) selection, onboarding, and integration
• Support finance and accounts setup, including reconciliation and reporting (adjust to your actual scope)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects moving
