Job Description :

Our client is a global Textile & Garment manufacturer.

Report to: Finance & Administration (F&A) Manager (Expat)

ROLE PURPOSE: Within the guidance of the F&A operating plan, to provide managerial leadership to the finance and accounting team and the tools and functional expertise to line management, where relevant, to ensure that the financial management and cost management of the Plant is in line with the country regulations and Plant and Group standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS
1. Financial Policies and Guidelines
• In line with Country laws and Group guidelines, create the necessary guidelines to cover any and all aspects of the Plant’s management of money, e.g. terms of payment in supplier contracts, reimbursement guidelines for employee expenses, process for approving non-budgeted expenses, etc.
• Communication
• Periodic Audit
