Finance Manager

Overview

This is an urgent and critical position to be replaced as this role holds an important role to assist the assistant finance controller and group controller on day to day finance operations and also providing close support on all daily and monthly finance routine within the factory finance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for period-end closing activities such as GL Journal entries, bank reconciliation and ensuring accurate and timely month‑end and year‑end closing of accounts.
• Help to prepare monthly reporting.
• Tax reporting and compliance (e.g. GST/WHT/Corporate Income Tax).
• Support internal audit, statutory audit and related activities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial & management reports and analyses.
• Prepare Balance Sheet and P&L monthly schedules.
• Support the preparation of the yearly budget. Perform financial analysis of actual results against budget/forecast.
