Charterhouse are partnering with a well-established, growth-focused organisation to appoint an up and coming Finance Manager into a key leadership role based in Brisbane.

This is a broad, hands-on Finance Manager position sitting within a lean head office finance team and reporting to the CFO.

The role has end-to-end ownership across core finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll, while also taking responsibility for month-end close, reporting, audit support and maintaining strong financial controls.

It is a strong fit for a technically capable Financial Accountant or early-stage Finance Manager who is ready to step up, take ownership of a small team, and develop further under supportive leadership. The role requires someone who is comfortable being both operational and detail-oriented, while also starting to step into more leadership and process improvement responsibilities.
