Finance Manager

**Purpose and Scope:**

The Finance Manager manages the general accounting functions and financial analysis for budgets and schedules for the assigned program. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quality Management System (QMS).

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Oversees the financial analysis of budgets and schedules for assigned program.
+ Partners with program management to achieve financial performance metrics.
+ Prepares and presents cost reports for US Government customer and leadership.
+ Reviews invoice activity to ensure the customer is billed timely and accurately for work performed.
+ Interprets and formulates financial methods and procedures for program established goals.
+ Develops, implements and administers financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies and government regulations.
