Team Leadership: Finance team of 4 (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Retail Accounting, General Ledger)
Gross Salary: KES 200,000 (commensurate with experience)
Eligibility: Must have the legal right to work in Kenya without sponsorship
Languages: Fluent in English & Swahili
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly disciplined and hands-on Finance Manager to lead the finance function across our manufacturing and retail operations. This role combines strong financial control with commercial insight and people leadership, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and actionable reporting to support sustainable business growth.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of accounting operations, cash management, inventory controls, and financial reporting, while acting as a trusted business partner to senior management.
