Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present comprehensive statements and lead all month-end/year-end closing processes.

Analyze COGS and labor costs to identify savings and work with operations to hit profitability KPIs.

Ensure strict adherence to BIR, SEC, and Philippine accounting standards while managing internal/external audits.

Monitor operational performance against budgets and update forecasts based on business trends.

Provide insights for new restaurant openings, capital expenditures, and menu pricing strategies.

Qualifications:

CPA or CMA license is highly preferred.

5–7 years of experience in Finance (Hospitality/F&B background is a major plus).

Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.

Deep understanding of local tax laws and financial regulations.
