Finance Manager

Adecco Indonesia is representing a multinational organisation within the manufacturing and industrial sector seeking a Finance Manager – China, to be based in Malaysia
This role is responsible for end-to-end finance operations for the China business, ensuring strong governance, compliance with local regulations, and alignment with group standards. The position requires a hands-on finance leader who can manage daily activities, close accounts, handle payouts and banking matters, and build simple, effective processes that the business can rely on.
The role will work closely with regional and HQ teams and may support regional initiatives beyond China.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Closing
Manage daily finance operations including AP, AR, GL, invoicing, and payouts.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings accurately and on time.
Ensure reliable day-to-day support for business operations.
