Role Summary Red Fort Capital is hiring a hands-on Manager - Finance / Controller for its RBI-registered NBFC business focused on secured MSME lending. This is not an audit-led role. The company needs a finance and operations leader who can run the finance function, control cash flows, ensure costs are correctly captured, strengthen MIS, support lending operations, and maintain disciplined financial controls in a growing NBFC environment. Ideal Candidate Profile • Has worked inside an NBFC, lending company, fintech lender, secured lending platform, MSME lender, or similar financial services business. • Has personally owned accounting, monthly close, cash-flow monitoring, disbursement/collection tracking, payment controls, cost reporting, MIS, and management reporting. • Understands that finance is not only compliance; finance must help management see costs, margins, cash movement, portfolio economics, and operational leakage. • Can work closely with credit, operations, collections, bus...
