Finance Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the Operational Finance team, overseeing General Ledger, Costing, and Treasury functions to ensure efficient financial operations.
• Assist the CEO in managing and optimizing the overall Finance department, with a strong focus on the Manufacturing segment.
• Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and financial forecasts to support the Group's strategic objectives.
• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Supervise the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage cash flows operations, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet the Company's obligation while supporting growth and expansion initiatives.
