The ideal candidate is a senior finance leader with a strong background in US‑based organizations, bringing deep experience in US GAAP reporting, multi‑entity consolidations, and working closely with US and Kenya leadership teams. They have successfully managed finance operations for a parent company with international subsidiaries, are comfortable bridging time zones and cultures, and can translate complex financial information into clear, decision‑ready insights. The candidate can already based in or outside Kenya, has a track record of building or strengthening finance functions in dynamic environments, and is eager to anchor a high‑performing global finance function from Nairobi.
