Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will support Amgen’s Operations Finance team through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and business partnering. This role requires strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, operational performance management, and financial controls.

The individual will partner with Operations, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, manage budgets and forecasts, support decision-making, and help ensure financial discipline across operational activities.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

+ Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-range planning activities for Operations Finance.
+ Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and business performance commentary.
