Finance Manager – Funds (21‑month contract)

Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee administration and reporting for a multi‑vehicle fund. The role will collaborate closely with the Director Fund Administration & Reporting, other finance managers, the controller, director of tax, CFO, and investment professionals. The Manager, Finance will be supported by a Senior Corporate Accountant and a Finance Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Fund Administration: Oversee all aspects of fund operations, including the credit facility, preparation of call and distribution notices, and investor relations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements for the fund and feeder vehicles under ASPE, maintain general ledgers, and process all financial transactions.
