Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

·Mentor and support the Purchase and Sales Ledger function, fostering a growth-oriented and positive environment. 

·Manage banking authorisations, approvals, and customer credit checks. 

·Lead month-end reconciliations, prepare journals, and ensure accurate balance sheets. 

·Assist in producing clear and actionable monthly statements and performance reports. 

·Handle payroll processing, PAYE submissions, and pension reconciliations with care and confidentiality. 

·Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns and support annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
