FUNCTIONS

Resonsabilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies, policies and procedures, to optimize the company’s financial performance. - Manage all financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, tax compliance, audits and risk management. - Monitor and analyze financial metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Implement dashboards, reporting tools, and analysis to support and assist the Management in decision-making while providing strategic financial advice and guidance to senior management to mitigate the company's financial risks, including market, credit, and liquidity risks.- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.- Supervise cash flow management, surplus cash investment, and operations financing.- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders.- Ens...
