Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality financial insight and ensuring robust financial control. You will manage a small team, and support strategic decision-making through accurate and timely reporting. The organisation is a well-established and growing manufacturing business and is part of a wider international group across a diverse customer base. This is a hands-on role, combining financial control, team management, and business partnering.
