Finance Manager - CPA - 5yrs Experience

REQUIREMENTS:

a) Education & Knowledge

1. Degree in Finance or Accountancy

2. Must be a CPA.

b) Experience:

1. At least five years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.

2. Occupied senior manager position of no less than 5 years;

3. Preferably w/ business acumen in real estate and construction industry;

4. Experience in strategic planning and execution.

5. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.

6. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally

Accepted Accounting Principles.

7. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.

8. Knowledge of national and local financial regulations.

c) Competencies:

1. Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and
