Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in a senior‑level finance or accounting position.
• Senior manager position of no less than five years.
• Business acumen in real estate and construction industry (preferred).
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles.
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
