Finance Manager - Construction

High profile Construction company with an impressive pipeline of projects.

The Role

Reporting into the CFO, this is a broad, hands on role with the potential to manage a small team in the near future.

-prepare and deliver Construction P&L, budgets and forecasts
-oversight of month end processes including GL, balance sheet recs and cashflow forecasting into treasury
-reporting templates in CHEOPS
-commentary and analysis on Construction cost centre management 
-assist with full year audit process

The Person

You will be CA/CPA qualified with 5 + years experience working in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction company.  Prior experience with Jobpac, CHEOPS or similar construction software is essential to be considered for this role.  Fluent Mandarin is highly desirable.
