We are seeking an experienced Accounting/Finance Manager to manage accounting and financial responsibilities. This full‑time, remote role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team while playing a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in US accounting and US tax, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Statement Preparation: Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
• Accounts Payable (AP) Reconciliation: Oversee AP reconciliation, resolve client queries, and ensure timely processing of payments.
