EspAfrika has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Finance Manager to spearhead the financial operations and fiscal health of the Cape Town International Jazz Festival. This role is central to the festival’s success, requiring a blend of strategic budgeting, rigorous operational control, and high-level stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Budgeting: Creating, managing and monitoring the comprehensive master budget for the Cape Town International Jazz Festival.
• Executive Liaison: Working closely with the Co‑Directors and the Chairman of the Jazz Festival to provide financial insights and strategic advice.
• Payment Oversight: Finalizing and processing all festival‑related payments, ensuring vendor compliance and cash flow stability.
