Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager at Wayfair Bangalore TDC, you will lead the controllership and compliance function for the India entity. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, and robust internal controls. This role requires a strong background in accounting, tax, stakeholder management capability, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Book Close
+ Own and drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual book-close process in alignment with global reporting timelines and corporate accounting policies.
+ Review month-end closing activities including general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial schedules.
+ Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP and corporate requirements.
+ Prepare and present monthly management reporting decks with key insights for leadership review.
