Finance Manager / AFM (Hybrid)(MNC) (Open to Big 10 Auditors)

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be a key player in managing the company's financial health. This role offers a great balance of hands‑on financial reporting, statutory compliance, and strategic commercial elements such as cashflow forecasting and P&L analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Finance & FP&A: Take charge of preparing and leading discussions with business leads for weekly P&L reforecasts.
• Review weekly cashflow forecasts to ensure optimal liquidity and financial planning.
• Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly re‑forecasts.
• Financial Reporting & Month-End Closing: Manage the monthly General Ledger (GL) closing process, ensuring all month‑end journals are accurately posted.
