Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to join our team! You will support day-to-day financial operations, assist in analysis and reporting, and gain hands-on experience while contributing to the efficiency and success of our finance team, all while developing your technical and analytical skills.
Working Location: Ubi Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6.30 PM)
Responsibilities: Match supplier invoices to purchase orders and supporting documents
Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors
Post supplier invoices into the accounting system in a timely manner
Maintain proper filing and documentation of AP records
Assist with month-end closing activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as required
Requirements: Basic understanding of accounting principles
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems is an advantage
