Job Description :

To ensure all accounting transactions are recorded and reported accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with company’s Group Accounting Policies and Internal Control Procedures. and complies with the governing local laws for the business conducted by the organization in the country of Vietnam.

 Month Closing activity
 Review the daily transactions and the details of all accounts to ensure that they are compliance with the accounting standard (Vesuvius GAAP)
 Ensure completion of all accounting entries related to closure of books / account of a period.
 Responsible for Payroll related reconciliations and cost centre reports.
 Prepare necessary “Management Information System” (MIS) for review by senior management along with adequate analysis of the same.
 Prepare site wise cost reports and project advance reconciliation.
