Finance Executive Ar (Nezahualcóyotl)

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for Sales and Accounts Receivable function.
• Provide Supporting Store Finance on daily Sales and collection reconciliations.
• Ensure the daily sales reconciliation of E-commerce are done accurately and timely manner including the posting of sales statement in the accounting system.
• Manage the platforms of electronic payments to reconcile commissions and deposits.
• Input billing/sales invoices and assign account code/ business dimension for each invoice and post into the accounting system in a timely and consistent manner.
• Prepare and ensure timely billing to local and foreign customers including inter-companies.
• Liaise with customers/banks on collections related enquiries.
• Liaise with banks for any issues related to collections.
• Reconcile collections for banks and customers and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
